Portrait of Davide Caniatti

About me

I'm Davide Caniatti Canali, a 28-year-old based in Milan. Since forever, I've had this unwavering love for cinema and photography. These passions have been my constant companions, even when my academic journey took a different route.

I proudly hold a degree in Economics and Management for Arts, Culture, and Communication from Bocconi University, where my fascination for the arts merged seamlessly with my business acumen. And that's not all – I also earned my stripes with a Master's in Management from the same prestigious institution.

But hey, I wasn't just confined to the Italian classrooms. I had an incredible time during a university exchange in Indiana at Purdue University. Little did I know, this adventure would spark the rekindling of my childhood photography passion.

I decided to take photography more seriously by pursuing a Master's in Photography at the IED in Milan while working a full-time job in financial consulting. The next year, I took on another exciting challenge with a course in Fashion Photography.

In the meantime, a friend and I set up our very own darkroom. Developing and printing both black and white and color photographs took my appreciation for the craft to a whole new level.

So here I am, a blend of an economist's mindset and an artist's soul, eager to share my passion for photography and storytelling with you.
